Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 2026 · Drafted in line with the GDPR (EU 2016/679)

Data controller

Hugo Philippe Fusaro · contact@hpfdentalsolutions.com.

Data collected

The site provides three forms: a contact request, a request for access to the HPF ONE library and a training request. The information you enter (name, email address, and depending on the form phone number, laboratory or practice, software version and message) is used solely to process and answer your request.

This processing is based on your consent, collected via the form's checkbox. Requests are routed and stored through Netlify Forms (Netlify, Inc.), then relayed by email. They are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and any relationship arising from it, then deleted.

Outside these forms, no data is collected: contact by email, phone or via the contact card (vCard) remains entirely at your own initiative. No account, no payment.

Cookies and analytics

The site uses no cookies, neither for tracking nor for advertising.

Traffic is measured with Cloudflare Web Analytics, a cookieless solution: it stores nothing on your device, does not track you across sites and collects no personally identifiable data. Only aggregated, anonymous statistics are produced (page views, referrers, device type).

Web fonts (Google Fonts)

Display fonts are currently loaded from Google's servers (Google Fonts), which means your IP address is transmitted to Google when the page loads. A migration to locally-hosted fonts (no third-party call) is planned to remove this transfer.

Hosting

The host (Netlify) may keep technical connection logs (IP address, browser type) for security and service operation.

External links

The site links to third-party platforms (e.g. LinkedIn), whose own privacy policies apply once you visit them.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability over your data. To exercise them: contact@hpfdentalsolutions.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).

Data transfer and sale

No personal data is sold, rented or transferred to third parties.
